Research project title:
Immune-inspired approaches to explainable and robust deep learning models
Principal goal for project:
1. Further investigation for the mechanism about the malicious examples. 2.Make deep learning models explainable. 3. Create a frame work which apply Immune-inspired algorithms to build robust deep learning models in computer vision.
Research project:

This project is about using Immune-Inspired algorithms to develop deep learning models which can against malicious attacks. Also trying to explainable how the malicious examples works in models.

About me:

I got my bachelor degree of electric engineering in XiDian university China, completed an MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the University of Aberdeen with Distinction after hard studying in 2019. During 2019 to 2020, I was involved in Project-AI Supported Fracture Diagnosis supported by North East (ONE) and the Scottish Government between. Afterwards, I played a role as research assistant in project Accountable Intelligent Systems(RAInS) funded by EPSRC collaborated with Aberdeen University and Oxford University in 2020. The last project I was involved is Deep Learning for Medical Image Synthesis funded by Cancer Research UK as a research assistant in University of Leeds. I am currently a PHD student in Edinburgh Centre for Robotics operated by Heriot-Watt University and University of Edinburgh.
