Gateway Event - Burns Supper

Gateway to Burns is a Gateway event with a twist! We hope that as many students and staff are able to join this one-off Burns Supper that will follow on from Professor Aisha Holloway's presentation on Friday 25th January in the Informatics Forum at the University of Edinburgh.

Attending a Burns Supper is an opportunity to join in commemorating the life of Scotland's national bard Robert Burns who was born in Ayrshire in 1759.  Haggis is the symbolic heart of Burns Night and there will be the opportunity to sample some traditional or vegetarian haggis, neeps and tatties whilst enjoying some Scottish bagpipe music courtesy of Professor Barbara Webb.

Please register for this event on the Eventbrite link already forwarded by e-mail.

**Please note that, due to funding rules, the Burns Supper is only open to students and staff in the RAS CDT who are also required to attend the Gateway talk.
